Rules for contacting the administration

Don't write an essay. Try to state the essence of the issue clearly and briefly. Large messages are usually read inattentively or not read at all.

  1. It is forbidden to contact the Administration unless absolutely necessary. Any appeal to the Administration must contain a clear statement of the player's problem or a question regarding the operation of this server. The server administration reserves the right not to answer questions.
  2. It is forbidden to disrespect the Server Administration. Punishment: from blocking the chat for 4 hours to deleting the account on the forum and in the game. 
  3. Threats, prayers, requests for adena, clothes, etc. are forbidden. to the Server Administration in the game and on the forum.

Punishment: from prison for 1 hour to permanent blocking of the account.

  1. It is forbidden to mislead other players by pretending to be the administration. Punishment: Permanent blocking of the account. 
  2. It is forbidden to publish private conversations with the Administration, or their content without prior approval. Punishment: from blocking a character for 24 hours to blocking an account both on the forum and in the game for up to 10 days. 
  3. The administration does not deal with the sale and purchase of characters and things, does not restore or return things lost as a result of the gameplay.
  4. The administration is not responsible for losses incurred by the player as a result of using services (both gaming and material), including those associated with ignorance of these rules.
  5. The administration reserves the right to refuse to provide services to any individual or organization without any explanation.
  6. The administration has the right to control and interfere with the game process in cases where it is necessary.

Communication with the Administration

  1. To contact the Administration, you should use the forum (Personal messages or if your forum account is blocked - send a message through the "feedback form" of the forum.)
  2. The letter to the Administration should clearly state the question, request or complaint. Otherwise, the letter will be ignored.
  3. The administration reserves the right to ignore messages from players if the messages are written in a disrespectful form, and also if the message is written entirely in transliteration.
  4. The complaint must indicate the item on which the violation was committed, as well as the nickname of the violator.
  5. Complaints from players must be accompanied by screenshots proving the violation. Screenshots should not be modified in any way other than converting the format to .jpeg, .gif and other graphic formats.
  6. In case of falsifying screenshots and slandering the player, the complainant is punished in the form of account blocking on the forum and in the game.
  7. The administration is not responsible for the loss of gaming and material assets resulting from:
    1. Failure to comply with safety rules by the player;
    2. Account hack.
    3. Posluannosti.

Rules of the game on the server

Names, titles, signatures and titles

  • Clan names, clan abbreviations that offend other players or simply contain vulgar language are not allowed. In the case of a clan, the clan is disbanded and the clan leader's account is deleted.   • When creating a character, it is forbidden to give him a name containing the words: GM, Administrator, Admin, ADM, Support, GameMaster and the like, which can mislead other players. game chat

  • It is strictly forbidden to use obscene expressions and insult players in the game. If insults go to private messages, then there will be no punishment for this there is a command / block [name] Punishment: BC from 1 hour. 
  • Blackmail and death threats in the real world are prohibited. Punishment: BC from 10 hours . 
  • Flood is prohibited (repeated or meaningless messages). Punishment: BC 1 hour. 
  • It is forbidden to promote violence, drugs, racial discrimination, fascism, pornographic content and political slogans in any form. Punishment: Account blocking for 2 days . 
  • It is forbidden to deceive players - cheating characters on a PC, selling an item under the guise of others, and the like. Punishment: jail for 24 hours. 
  • It is forbidden to spread rumors, slander about the server, players, administration. Punishment: jail from 48 hours to permanent blocking of the account. 
  • It is forbidden to use the game server to advertise goods for real money. Punishment: jail from 48 hours to permanent blocking of the account. 

Other

  • Unauthorized access to someone else's game account and theft of items from someone else's / someone else's characters is prohibited.
    Punishment: ban all violator accounts.
  • It is forbidden to use game bugs. Punishment: from 5 days in prison to permanent blocking of the account. 
  • It is forbidden to conceal information about server bugs from the administration, as well as about players using these bugs for personal gain. Players are required to report the bugs found to the administration. Punishment: from 5 days in prison to permanent blocking of the account. 
  • Any financial activity (buying and selling, attempting to sell) of players related to real money and virtual monetary units equivalent to real money is prohibited. Selling, attempting to sell and buying accounts is prohibited in any form: for any virtual and real values. Punishment: Account blocking. 
  • It is forbidden to explicitly or indirectly advertise other online games. Punishment: Account blocking for a period of 2 days. 
  • Any manifestations of racism and nationalism are prohibited. Punishment: Account blocking for a period of 7 days. 
  • It is forbidden to discuss cheats, bot programs and other means of automation, hacking and bypassing the normal gameplay. Punishment: Warhead 5 hours to Jail 5 hours. 
  • Passive divorce on trade (it is written one is on sale another)  Punishment: Prison 12-24 hours.
  • All players must independently track changes in the rules.

In controversial situations, the last word remains with the administration. Also, the administration reserves the right to issue a verdict in each case on suspicion of violation and change the above Rules as necessary.

The measures and terms applied to violators are established by the administration at its discretion.

Ignorance of the rules is no excuse.

Third party software and consequences of its use

Dear players ! In connection with the massive collapses to the administration related to Bot breeding, we want to answer a number of frequent questions:

On our project, the Bot is FORBIDDEN, we have a very negative attitude towards third-party software! Punishment for capturing a character with VP:

5 times - prison 48 hours, inventory cleaning of 90% of the captured character! Permanent blocking of all twin accounts!

All subsequent violations will be punished:
Prison 72 hours, cleaning the inventory of 90% of the caught character and the characters on which the caught player entered! Permanent blocking of all Twin Accounts and Twin Accounts that belong to the players on which the offender came!

We rarely go to the server, it's up to you if you don't want to play on the server with players who use Bots. You just need to shoot a short video and send it to the Administration:
-If the Administration has no doubt that the person in the video does not use the software side, then the punishment will NOT be applied to this player!
-If the Administration has doubts that the person on the video uses the software side, then the Administrator himself will check the player for software!

Donations

You don't buy anything and we don't sell anything. You help the server to the extent that the server can help you. The exchange is recognized as equivalent and is considered charity. Therefore, we do not accept any claims regarding safety, quality, guarantees. If you do NOT agree with the above, please leave this page immediately!

1. Additional Paid Services
1.1. At the request of the User, the operator provides him with Additional Paid Services. They allow you to use the advanced features of the Portal.
1.2. Additional Paid Services are not a prerequisite for the use of the Portal and participation in the projects of the Portal.

1.7. The methods and possibility of acquiring Additional Paid Services are explained by the Operator on the Site.
1.8. The Operator does not provide clarifications on the issues of working with payment systems, with the help of which the User decided to purchase Additional Paid Services, and is not responsible for their correct operation.
1.9. In the event of a technical malfunction of the Sites or intentional actions of the User, as well as in other cases when Additional Paid Services were provided without full / partial debiting of funds from the User's account, he is obliged to report this fact to the Operator. 1.10. The Operator does not refund funds to the User for unused (partially used) Additional Paid Services.
1.11. The User, at his own expense, independently bears all financial expenses associated with the acquisition (transfer of money) of Additional Paid Services. This section includes: commissions, fees and other expenses.
1.12. The User warrants to the Operator that he has all legal powers and rights to conclude this Agreement in terms of Additional Paid Services.
1.13. In the event of the acquisition of Additional Paid Services by a User under the age of 18, he must first obtain consent to conduct a financial transaction from legal representatives. The fact of purchasing Additional Paid Services is a confirmation of obtaining such consent from a legal representative. If necessary, the Operator has the right to request written confirmation of consent and the provision of passport data to determine the true age of the User.
1.14. Responsibility for the acquisition of Additional Paid Services lies entirely with the User and his legal representatives.
1.15. Disputes about liability for the purchase of Additional Paid Services with the Portal Operator are unacceptable.
1.16. Obtaining additional Paid Services by the user is possible only after full payment of their cost.
